Aspirants that have been selected through SBI Junior Associates 2018 Recruitment will be governed by the terms & conditions of the Service regulations of the Bank in force at the time of joining.

  • The people in the SBI clerical cadre who has successfully completed 10 years of service will promote to the post of Senior Assistant. This SBI post shall carry a special allowance of Rs.1800/-.
  • The applicants who are working in clerical cadre & completed 20 years of service will be promoted to the post of Special Assistant. This state bank of India clerk shall carry a special allowance of Rs.2500/- which will be ranked for House Rental Allowance (HRA) & Dearly Allowance (DA).
  • The postulants in clerical cadre who has completed 30 years of service will promote to the post of Senior Special Assistant. This JA/ Clerk shall carry a special allowance of Rs.3500/- which will be ranked for DA & HRA.
SBI Junior Associates Allowance 2018

SBI Clerk/ JA will appear for reimbursement of various perquisites, Gratuity, Provident Fund, Pension under New Pension Scheme (Defined Contribution Benefit Scheme), Leave fare, Medical, and other facilities, as per the instructions of the Bank issued from time to time.

Dearness Allowance:

DA is the part of salary package which fixes to meet the needs for cost of living of the Job/ employee.

House Rent Allowance:

It is given to only those employees who have not their homes or accommodation facility at their location of working. There is a criterion of providing 10% HRA of Basic pay or Rs 800/- to clerks/ JA in the preamble of SBI. The candidates owning their own house are exempt from these benefits.

The SBI does not have a fixed time frame of working hours. It based on the amount of work, the bank allocated per day. It varies from branch to branch.
