Eligibility Criteria for CBSE NET Applications 2017:-

Educational Qualifications:-

The aspirants who are qualified in Masters Degree with 55% of aggregate marks or its equivalent in the listed subjects from any of the recognized University are eligible for applying for the exam. Candidates of SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD can get 50% of marks for applying.

The aspirants who are pursuing the Degree final year can also apply for the exam. But they have to complete their masters till they got appointed to the post.

Age Limit:-

  • For Junior Research Fellowship applicants must be 28 years of age as on 1st July 2017.
  • Five years age relaxation in upper age limit is there for the OBC-NCL, SC, ST and PWD category candidates.
  • The applicants who are doing their master’s degree will get 3 years of age relaxation.
  • For the post of Assistant Professor upper age limit is not applicable.

Application Fee:-

  • General Category applicants should pay Rs.600/- as their application fee.
  • Candidates of OBC category need to pay Rs.300/- as their fee for applications.
  • The applicants of SC/ST/PWD category need to deposit Rs.150/- as their application fee.
  • Candidates have to pay this application fee using credit/debit cards by online payment.
  • The fee can be paid at any of the following banks Canara/ICICI/ Syndicate /HDFC bank.

CBSE NET Application Procedure:-

Candidates have to visit the official web of the CBSE to apply for the exam after meeting all the eligibilities. Only online mode of applications is accepted. For this aspirants have to visit the official page which is www.cbsenet.nic.in. After visiting here download the application form from the proper link. Fill the details correctly asking in the application. Should not provide any wrong information. Upload aspirants passport sized photo and attach the necessary documents along with the application if asking. Submit these applications on or before the last date of applications.

 CBSE NET Exam Pattern 2017

Every year many aspirants soon after filling the online application of NET which is conducting by CBSE search the syllabus and scheme of Exam of CBSE NET 2017 and we would like to inform these aspirants all the details is available in the portal of NET. So the candidates just needed to follow the below method through which they can easily fill the online application and can pay the fees. All the details like eligibility, Last date to pay the form fees is available and the students need to read it carefully before filling the application.

  • This is an offline mode of exam.
  • Objective type questions with multiple choice questions will ask in the exam.
  • The examination consists of three papers.
  • The medium of the exam is both in Hindi and English. Candidates can choose the language in which they are comfortable.
  • There is no negative marking in this exam.

Syllabus of the NET Exam:-

Syllabus for NET is different for different subjects. Aspirants can prepare for the exam depending on the syllabus provided by the Board on its official page. The NET exam included more than 94 subjects.

Admit Card for CBSE NET 2017:-

The candidates who applied for this posts need to appear for the NET exam. To appear in this exam candidates needs admit cards. The Board will release these admit cards just 5-6 days before the exam. Candidates have to visit the official web and by following the admit card downloading procedure can get their hall tickets. It is must for each and every candidates to get admit cards for appearing in the exam. Aspirants who are unable to get CBSE NET Hall tickets will not get permission to write the exam.

Gen OBC SC ST Cut off marks for the CBSE NET 2017:-

The candidates who want to get select for the post of Junior Engineer Fellowship and Assistant Professor need to score minimum marks to meet this cutoff marks.

Result of NET CBSE 2017 Exam 2017:-
As per the notification, these CBSE NET Results may declare in the month of December 2017. These results will declare on the own official web of the Board only. To view their result the aspirants need to visit the official web with their hall ticket numbers. By following the prescribed format candidates can check their results.

  • Online application starts from – 11 August 2017 to 11th September 2017.
  • Last date of payment of application fee through generated challan at banks – 12th Sep 2017.
  • Correction of applications – 19-09-2017 to 25-09-2017.
  • Exam Date – 5th November 2017.
